Ingredients: Minced cod (Fish) wheat flour Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin B3 Thiamin B1, Sunflower oil, Water, Yeast, Salt, Colours: Capsanthin, Curcumin, Turmeric.

Cooking Instructions: for best results cook from frozen,

Oven bake: Preheat oven to 220c place product on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.                                                  Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 180c Gently lower product into the hot oil for 4-5 minutes do not over fill the fryer.                                                                        Grill: place product on to the base of the grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
