Ingredients: Haddock (Fish) Potato, Leeks, Chedder Cheese (Milk) Dijon Mustard, Spirit vinegar, Water, Mustard flour, Brown Mustard seeds, Salt, White Mustard Husk, Thickener (Xanthan Gum) Preservative Sodium Metabisulphate, Natural breadcrumbs (Wheat flour) Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine, Salt Yeast Chives, Pepper
From chilled: Remove all packaging.
Oven Bake:Brush liberally with cooking oil and place on an oven proof tray, put into an oven preheated to 200c/ 180Fan/ Gas mark 6 and cook for approx 20 - 25 minutes.
Shallow Fry:Put a small amount of oil into a frying pan and bring up to heat, cook on medium heat fr approximately 10 minutes turning occasionally.
From frozen: Remove all packaging.
Oven Bake:Brush liberallly with cooking oil and place on an ovenproof tray put into an oven preheated to 200c/ 180Fan/ Gas mark 6 and cook for approx 35 - 40 minutes.
