2 x southern fried fish burgers
This Southern Fried Fish Burger is made with pollock and has a tasty southern fried style coating.
Serve in a brioche bun with fries and coleslaw and tempt everyone to try your seafood burger,
Pollock ( FISH ) ( Theragra chalcogramma ) ( 55%), Coating [ WHEAT Flour, Rice Flour, Water, Palm Oil, Tapioca Starch, Thickener (E1420), Salt, Spices ( Pepper, Garlic, Onion, CELERY, Thyme, Oregano, Fennel ),Sugar, Yeast Extract, Raising Agents ( E450, E500), Colour ( E160c)].
For best results cook from frozen Cooking Deep Fry : preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen fish
for 5 - 6 minutes or until golden brown. Conventional Oven : Pregeat oven to 220°C ( gas mark 7 )
PLace frozen fish on a pre-heated backing rack and bake for 22 - 24 minutes or until golden
brown, turning halfway through cooking.
