Ingredients: Squid (molluscs) 35% Water, Salt, Wheat flour (Wheat), Yeast, Sunflower oil, Raising agents (E450i, E500ii) Concentrated Lemon Juice, Lactose (Milk) Thickener (E417) Garlic powder, Colouring (E101)
Cooking Instructions: Without thawing, To fry: fry in very hot oil for 2-3 minutes. To oven cook: preheat oven to 220c and bake for 15-20 minutes.
