Ingredients: Cod (FISH) Fortified Wheat flour, Rapeseed oil, Water, Yeast, Salt.
Oven Bake: Pre heat oven to 220°C place the fish fingers on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for 18-20 mins until golden brown.
Grill: grill for 8-10 minutes at medium to high setting until golden brown.
Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 180°C and fry for 6-8 mins until golden brown and drain well before serving.
