The best Haddock lightly smoked to perfection with fluffy mash, mature cheddar and spinach in a light crispy breadcrumb. One of the tastiest Fish Cakes we make with a fabulous flavour. Mavis would have been proud of this one.

Ingredients:
Smoked Haddock (34%) (FISH) (Haddock [FISH], Salt, Natural Colours: Annatto / Curcumin), Potato (34%), Cheddar Cheese (MILK) (10%), Crème Fraiche (MILK), Spinach (7%), Breadcrumb (WHEAT Flour [Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Water, Salt, Yeast), Rapeseed Oil, Colour: Paprika E160c), Dijon MUSTARD (Spirit Vinegar, Water, MUSTARD Flour, Brown MUSTARD Seeds, Salt, White MUSTARD Husk, Thickener [Xanthan Gum], Preservative [Sodium METABISULPHITE]), Salt, Nutmeg, Black Pepper.
Cooking From Frozen:
Oven Bake – From Frozen. Remove all packaging. Brush liberally with cooking oil and Place on a baking tray in the centre of an oven, preheated to 200ºC / 180⁰C Fan / Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 35 – 40 minutes.
This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly.
Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Storage From Frozen:
Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
