Ingredients: Plaice (Fish) 50% Wheat flour, water, Rapeseed oil, Salt, Yeast.
Cooking instructions: for best results cook from frozen,
Oven bake: Preheat the oven 200c Gas Mark 7. Place the Goujons onto a preheated baking tray then place into the center of the oven and cook for around 20-25 minutes, turning the Goujons half way through cooking and cook until golden brown.
Deep fry: deep fry for 3-5 minutes in hot oil until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
