2 x Hand made gourmet Fishcakes classic Cod and potato with flat leaf parsley

Ingredients: Cod (Fish) Potato, Natural Breadcrumbs, Wheat flour Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine, Salt, Yeast, Parsley, Anchovey Paste (fish) Sunflower oil Malt vinegar, Acidifier:(Citric acid) Tabasco Sauce, Red Pepper, Pepper.
Cooking guidelines
From chilled: Remove all packaging.
Oven Bake:Brush liberally with cooking oil and place on an oven proof tray, put into an oven preheated to 200c/ 180Fan/ Gas mark 6 and cook for approx 20 - 25 minutes.
Shallow Fry:Put a small amount of oil into a frying pan and bring up to heat, cook on medium heat fr approximately 10 minutes turning occasionally.
From frozen: Remove all packaging.
Oven Bake:Brush liberallly with cooking oil and place on an ovenproof tray put into an oven preheated to 200c/ 180Fan/ Gas mark 6 and cook for approx 35 - 40 minutes.
