Cooked whole lobster in a block of ice

Defrost: thaw lobster in the bag for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator for quick defrost remove lobster from the bag and melt ice under running cold waterthen place the lobster in fresh cold water for 1 hour.
To Serve Hot: place thawed lobster in boiling water for 3 minutes and serve with melted butter
Do not refreeze
Consume within 2-3 days stored at 5c
