A mix of large Chilean mussels, king prawns and large squid rings
Ingredients: Mussles (Molluscs) Prawns (Crustacean) Raw Squid Rings (Molluscs)
Place then seafood mix into a pan of boiled water. Cover pan tightly and reduce heat to low, the liquid should simmer, not boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes for frozen seafood or 2 minutes for thawed . Turn off heat and let seafood rest in liquid for 5 minutes. Remove seafood to a plate/platter and keep warm.
