A member of the cod family, our pollock fillets taste delicious when roasted in a hot oven and served with hot chilli salsa or simply coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried.

Cooking Instructions - General: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating.
Grill - From Frozen: High 6-8 Mins
Remove required amount of fillets from the packaging, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours. Place fillet flat side up onto a lightly oiled baking tray. Lightly oil the top of the fillet. Place under the grill and cook on a high heat. Season as required and serve. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the fillet. Based on 2 fillets per tray.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 200°C 375°F Fan 180°C Gas 6 18-22 Mins
Remove all packaging. Place the fillet onto a piece of lightly oiled foil.
Brush the top of the fillet with oil and wrap. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven. Remove from foil, taking care as excess steam could burn. Season as required and serve. Coking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen: Medium 4-6 Mins
Remove required amount of fillets from the packaging, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours. Pre-heat a little oil in a pan. Place portion into the pan flat side down. Fry for 4-6 minutes turning half way through cooking. Remove from pan and drain any excess oil. Season as required and serve. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion.
Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.
