Soft shell crabs are eaten whole. The shell is quite pliable, and the meat inside is incredibly sweet, juicy and bursting with pure crab flavor.

TO DEFROST: Put the soft shell crabs and packaging into cold water for a few hours. Remove the packaging once defrosted and rinse through with cold water, pat dry on kitchen paper. Alternatively defrost over night in the refrigerator.
Note: Remove the plastic from the soft shell carefully after defrosting to prevent broken legs.
please take note that never leave the frozen soft shell crab in room temperature because they will quickly deteriorate.
